Medium is 1.5" (2" w bale) & weighs 21.6 grams (fits chains up to 8mm thick) 1.5ct moissanite. Large is 2.25" (2.75" w bale) & weighs 42.7 grams (fits chains up to 12mm thick) 3.6ct moissanite. Look just like real diamonds and cant tell difference without a microscope.
